In this role, you will work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, implementing treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support to individuals with autism and related behavioral challenges, collecting and documenting data to monitor progress, and collaborating with families to achieve treatment goals.

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
- High school diploma is required
Certification:
- Completion of the 40-hour RBT training module is required
Experience:
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism or similar developmental disabilities is preferred
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and implement ABA strategies
- Attention to detail in data collection and documentation
Requirements:
- Must be able to commute to clinic locations in McAllen and Edinburg as needed
Work Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling options available
Work Setting:
- In-person therapy sessions
Benefits
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
