About the Role
As an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser, you will provide comprehensive hearing assessments, expert advice, hearing aid fittings, and ongoing aftercare for patients within a trusted local practice setting.
You will work closely with colleagues across optics and hearing care to deliver a smooth patient journey, from initial assessment through to fitting, rehabilitation, fine-tuning, reviews, and long-term support.
You will have the autonomy to recommend solutions based on each patient’s lifestyle, hearing needs, and budget, while being supported by a wider professional network that values quality care, collaboration, and continuous development.
You will be a qualified Audiologist or HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with a strong commitment to patient care. A full UK driving licence is required for this role. You will be confident carrying out hearing assessments, discussing suitable hearing solutions, and providing excellent follow-up support. Experience in private practice, wax removal, or working with a variety of hearing aid manufacturers would be beneficial, but the most important thing is your ability to build trust and deliver a great patient experience.
