Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Affton, MO Company: Finni Health Job Type: Part-Time | Daytime & Evening Hours Available Location: In-person – Affton, MO Pay: $21 - $23 per hour 🌟 Join the Finni Family as a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)! 🌟 Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? At Finni Health, we’re on a mission to provide life-changing ABA care — and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones. 💙 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community
- Collect and record data on child's progress
- Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
- A passion for helping others grow and succeed
- Reliable transportation
- Active CPR certification
- Active RBT certification 💪 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
