Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Mt. Juliet, Tennessee Company: Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time. Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 4:30pm -7:00pm Location: In-home – Mt. Juliet, Tennessee Pay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour About the Role Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life. What You'll Do
- Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/clinic/school setting
- Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
- Attend required team meetings and training sessions What We Offer

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children
- Experience working in a clinic and in-home setting
- Passion for supporting children with special needs
- Reliable transportation
- RBT certification (Required) Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods
