This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Registered Principal Support Specialist based in United States. As a Registered Principal Support Specialist, you will support top-producing representatives by monitoring and responding to telephone inquiries and providing timely, knowledgeable assistance. You’ll also act as a sales partner to an assigned Securities Representative, helping support day-to-day business needs and client-facing activities. The role combines securities industry knowledge, communication, problem-solving, and operational support in a fully remote environment. You’ll work closely with management to identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement meaningful departmental enhancements. Success requires strong organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality service. Support top producers: Monitor and respond to telephone inquiries from top-producing representatives, providing timely and effective assistance and ensuring questions and requests are handled appropriately. Partner with Securities Representatives: Serve as a sales partner to an assigned Securities Representative, helping support business activities and contributing to an effective service experience. Collaborate with management: Work with management to identify, evaluate, and implement recommendations for departmental changes, improvements, and enhancements. Provide knowledgeable support: Apply knowledge of securities and market dynamics to help address inquiries and support effective decision-making where appropriate. Communicate effectively: Use strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills when interacting with representatives, colleagues, management, and other stakeholders. Solve problems efficiently: Analyze issues, identify appropriate solutions, and resolve assigned matters while maintaining expected quality standards. Manage competing priorities: Organize and complete multiple assignments within specified timeframes while adapting quickly and efficiently to changes in procedures or policies. Maintain quality and productivity: Complete assigned responsibilities accurately, efficiently, and within established expectations and deadlines. Requirements Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the securities industry. Required licensing: Series 6 and 26 or Series 7 and 24 licenses are required, with the possibility of obtaining the required licenses through a learning agreement. Securities knowledge: Familiarity with individual securities and market dynamics is preferred. Communication: Strong writing, presentation, verbal communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across different audiences. Problem-solving: Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment when handling inquiries and operational challenges. Technology skills: Excellent PC and computer skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment. Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach to working with representatives, management, and colleagues. Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain quality while handling changing demands. Adaptability: Comfortable responding quickly and efficiently to changes in procedures, policies, priorities, and business requirements. Accountability: Demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes while consistently meeting quality expectations. Benefits Competitive Compensation: $35,000 annual salary for candidates who are not yet fully licensed, increasing to $50,000 annually once all required exams are passed and full licensing is achieved .
