Regulatory Office is a supporting function within SEB Asset Management. The team's main purpose is to support the Asset Management organisation in complying with regulatory requirements as well as coordination towards SEB group. ​

Regulatory Office are responsible for Non‑Financial Risk Management, regulatory support, coordinating Third‑Party Risk Management, Information Security, and conducting first‑line controls. In addition, the function is accountable for compiling and submitting KRI, compliance, and regulatory reports to management and the Board.

As a Regulatory Analyst in SEB Asset Management, one of the Nordics' largest asset managers, you will safeguard our customer-centric approach by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinating with the SEB group. Your role will involve Non-Financial Risk Management, regulatory support, and managing third-party risks, contributing to quality and trust. You'll drive internal projects and compile essential KRI, compliance, and regulatory reports for management and the Board, building a strong network with experienced colleagues. You will also be involved in other regulatory processes and will participate/drive internal projects.

As a member of our team, you’ll focus on various processes within the regulatory area, tasks that include but are not limited to: regulatory support, coordination of 3party risk management and first line controls.

In the NFR area (selected assignments): Incident management, 3p management, Internal Audit, Compliance monitoring, Mandatory training etc. You will work side by side with a team of highly experienced colleagues and get the chance to build knowledge, strong network internally in Asset Management and other stakeholders in SEB.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have Relevant experience in risk, legal, or regulatory tasks within the banking or financial industry, with familiarity in funds and financial instruments. Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English. A Master's degree from a university in a relevant field such as engineering, law, or business administration. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A curious and fast-learning mindset. A high level of service, you are a true team player with a strong capability of prioritizing and get things done.
