About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Certification Manager Gaming to take full ownership of the end-to-end certification process for betting games across regulated markets. You will serve as the primary liaison between internal development teams and external test labs (e.g., GLI, BMM, Quinel, iTech Labs), ensuring that all products meet jurisdictional requirements and are approved on time.

This role is pivotal in supporting game launches in the Middle East, EU, LATAM, and other regulated regions. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where regulatory compliance and timely execution go hand-in-hand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lab Liaison: Serve as the single point of contact between internal teams and external certification labs (GLI, BMM, iTech Labs, Quinel, etc.).
  • Certification Planning: Develop and manage end-to-end certification schedules including scope, key milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with development, QA, and release teams to prepare and submit builds, documentation, and fixes to labs.
  • Feedback Management: Track lab defect reports and feedback. Oversee retest cycles and ensure prompt resolution with transparent communication to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential compliance or timeline risks early and propose actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Maintain deep understanding of jurisdiction-specific requirements (e.g., GLI-11, GLI-19, GLI-33, RNG/RTP rules, responsible gaming, data security).
  • Documentation & Audit Readiness: Maintain accurate records of certification artifacts, lab correspondence, and final approvals for audit purposes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with lab contacts to facilitate priority scheduling and realistic turnaround times.
  • Audit Support: Provide timely and complete evidence and clarification during internal or external audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-certification reviews to improve processes and reduce lead times for future submissions.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience managing certifications in multiple regulated jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of technical compliance standards including GLI/BMM frameworks, RNG, RTP, and security protocols.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills capable of managing multiple concurrent submissions.
  • Fluent in English. Portuguese or other relevant languages are a plus.
