  • Monitor the quality and efficiency of deliverables, identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and service delivery.
  • Translate client feedback and evolving requirements into practical improvements to reporting processes and outputs.
  • Maintain close collaboration with colleagues in the Netherlands to facilitate ongoing knowledge transfer, best-practice sharing, and consistency across both locations.
  • Support the growth of the Regulatory Reporting team in Ireland, including the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Coach, develop, and supervise members of the local Regulatory Reporting team as the function grows.
  • Help establish a strong, scalable, and sustainable Regulatory Reporting capability in Ireland, aligned with established methodologies and quality standards.
  • Progressively take on greater leadership and ownership of the Irish Regulatory Reporting function as the team and client portfolio develop.

  • 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong interest in developing expertise within the asset management sector, with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to continuously develop technical knowledge and professional capabilities.
  • Ability to identify and deliver solutions that add tangible value to clients and the wider business.
