Included Health is seeking experienced and mission-driven Nurse Practitioners to support our fast-growing virtual care team. If you're passionate about transforming healthcare and providing high-quality, accessible care to diverse populations across the country, we’d love to hear from you.

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure within state of residence, in accordance with state requirements
Board certified - Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
Active RN compact license
3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or urgent care
Experience and ability to treat all ages across the lifespan (newborn-geriatric)
Active multi-state licensure preferred
Must maintain active Medicare status
