$315-$415 daily rate; Monday to Friday. Rates are negotiable and subject to change. Fully Remote, 1099 Contract Opportunity Assignments Available for the 2026-27 School Year About Fullmind Fullmind partners with hundreds of U.S. schools to ensure every child has access to education, filling teacher vacancies by live-streaming certified educators directly to students. As a Fullmind educator, you'll deliver virtual instruction and guide students to course completion. Learn more here. The RoleThis is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process. As a Fullmind Social Worker, you will: Virtual counseling sessions: Provide one-on-one or group support to students via video calls. Crisis intervention: Respond remotely to urgent student mental health or safety concerns. Family communication: Connect with parents/guardians on student needs and resources. Case management: Track student progress, document sessions, and coordinate with teachers/staff. Resource referrals: Connect families to community, academic, or mental health services.
