This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Renewals Associate based in the United States. As a Renewals Associate, you will own a portfolio of client renewals and guide each opportunity from early outreach through final contract execution. You’ll play a key role in protecting recurring revenue while creating a smooth, professional experience for clients. The position combines relationship management, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and use platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and DocuSign to keep renewal processes accurate and on track. Proactive communication will be essential as you identify potential roadblocks and resolve issues before they affect renewal timelines. You’ll also have opportunities to leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of your day-to-day work.
