Representante Comercial

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Representante Comercial based in Brazil. This talent pool is designed for commercial professionals with experience in agribusiness and animal nutrition who want to contribute to business growth across Brazil. The role focuses on building strong relationships with producers, cooperatives, integrators, resellers, and other customers in the agricultural sector. You will combine consultative selling, market development, and technical knowledge to identify opportunities and generate sustainable results. Representatives will have the opportunity to work across different animal nutrition segments and regional markets. The position offers a field-oriented environment where relationship management, commercial performance, and knowledge of the agricultural sector are highly valued. You will be responsible for developing customer portfolios, negotiating opportunities, and supporting the full sales cycle from prospecting through after-sales service. Opportunities are available across regions throughout Brazil, with future positions aligned to your experience and regional network.

Prospect new customers, markets, and commercial opportunities within the agricultural and animal nutrition sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with producers, integrators, cooperatives, and resellers. Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing and business conditions. Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and after-sales activities. Manage an active and sustainable customer portfolio. Work toward commercial targets related to sales volume, revenue, and product mix. Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities to increase business. Develop strategies to expand existing accounts and capture new market opportunities. Reactivate and recover relationships with inactive customers. Represent the business in the field and maintain close contact with customers and regional markets. Requirements Previous commercial experience in agribusiness, preferably with a focus on animal nutrition. Active customer portfolio or strong relationships within a relevant regional market. Basic technical knowledge of animal nutrition. Understanding of agricultural markets and the needs of producers. Consultative and relationship-oriented sales approach. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong focus on commercial results. Ability to identify opportunities, develop accounts, and negotiate effectively. Willingness and availability to work in the field and travel within the assigned region as required. Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or a related field is desirable. Experience or knowledge in one or more relevant segments, including poultry, swine, beef cattle, dairy cattle, aquaculture, industrial products, premixes, specialties, or raw materials.
