Research Assistant - Student Worker

This part-time, project-based opportunity is designed for a doctoral student seeking practical experience in applied research and evaluation. You will work closely with a faculty Principal Investigator and contribute to meaningful, real-world research initiatives. The role centers on mixed-methods research, including qualitative inquiry, process evaluation, and collaborative data interpretation. You will support projects focused on improving outcomes for youth through data-informed decision-making and continuous learning. The position offers hands-on exposure to interviews, focus groups, surveys, observations, data analysis, and research synthesis. You will help translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
