Full job description
Research-track faculty create and manage innovative research programmes, supervise graduate students and postdoctoral researchers, collaborate across CMU campuses and partner institutions, and participate in teaching. Areas of interest include AI/ML, cybersecurity and privacy, software engineering, computer and semiconductor technologies, robotics, IoT, technology policy and entrepreneurship, with applications such as health, finance, agriculture, energy and education.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should hold a PhD from a leading research university and demonstrate a strong research vision relevant to inclusive digital transformation in Africa. The application package must follow the current CMU-Africa/Interfolio requirements.
