Full job description
Lead the reservations function, optimize inventory and forecasting, identify sales opportunities, resolve complex issues, partner with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance and hotel leadership, and coach the reservations team.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires 3–5+ years of hotel reservations experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role, strong systems/hotel-operations knowledge, team leadership, analytical skills and stakeholder management.
