Resident Engineer (Drainage & Stormwater Networks)

- Resident Engineer must have 20 years of experience in Drainage and Storm water Networks - The Resident Engineer must have degree in civil engineering from a recognized University and must have thoughtful knowledge and work experience of not less than 15 years in infrastructure works. He must be able to take on the spot decisions and be able to deal with all Service Authorities. He must have a thoughtful knowledge and experience in dealing with pipelines, Cables, Sewers, Manholes, VC, WO, AV, connection Chambers and Pumping Station works, non-disruptive road crossings. He must have also through knowledge and experience in the design of infrastructure works.

- The Resident Engineer must have full and complete knowledge of the existing infrastructure in the Emirates of Dubai

- Familiar with the DM General Conditions of Contract, Quality Assurance, Quantity Surveying and Project Network Techniques (Primavera) - Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Primavera. - Confident in his own ability to control the Works. - Excellent written and communication skills (English), time management, and supervisory skills. - Demonstrated ability to prepare instructions, specifications, and reports and cost estimates. - Capacity to make decision. - Ability to liaise with DM and other infrastructure Authorities
