If you’re dependable, technically strong, and committed to doing the job right, we want to talk to you. What You’ll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems. Install and replace panels, breakers, circuits, outlets, switches, lighting, ceiling fans, and other electrical components. Complete service upgrades, wiring repairs, dedicated circuits, and electrical system improvements. Install generators, EV chargers, surge protection, smoke detectors, and other residential electrical equipment. Perform electrical safety inspections and identify code or safety concerns. Explain findings and provide homeowners with appropriate repair and replacement options. Prepare accurate estimates and complete service documentation using company software. Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code, local requirements, and company standards. Maintain a clean and safe work area while protecting customers’ homes. Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, and other field teams to complete jobs efficiently. What We’re Looking For 4 or more years of residential electrical service and repair experience. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of residential wiring methods, electrical systems, and the National Electrical Code. Ability to independently manage service calls from diagnosis through completion. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to explain technical findings and available options clearly to homeowners. Commitment to safe, code-compliant, and high-quality work. Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience preferred. Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field service software. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to perform physical work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
