Applicants must be women- or non-binary-led, community-based non-governmental organisations. The Executive Director or CEO must identify as a woman or non-binary person. At least 50% of staff must identify as women or non-binary. Organisations must be formally registered and authorized to receive foreign funding. Applicants must be based in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, or Vietnam. Annual income must be at least $10,000 USD, using 2024, 2025, or 2026 figures as the baseline. Non-profits may request up to 150% of their organisation’s annual revenue, but the total request cannot exceed $50,000.
