Restaurant General Manager at Kimpton Sevn Dubai -Pre Opening

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager with presence, personality, and a serious love for hospitality to lead three very different F&B concepts at Kimpton Sevn Dubai.

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role. You’ll be at the heart of the operation — building teams, shaping culture, driving commercial performance, and making sure every outlet feels unmistakably like itself.

You’ll lead D.G.C.B., Scarlet Macaw, and The Nest, bringing together strong operational discipline with creativity, genuine guest connection, and a sharp eye for what makes great F&B work.

The Concepts

D.G.C.B. A sophisticated cocktail bar with quiet confidence. High-integrity drinks, great music, great people. No theatre. No fluff. Just a damn good cocktail bar.

Scarlet Macaw Bold, colourful and unapologetically vibrant. A Latin-inspired restaurant designed to be energetic, immersive and memorable.

The Nest Relaxed poolside hospitality with elevated food, refreshing drinks, music and good vibes — from lazy afternoons to high-energy peak periods.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operation and performance of all three outlets
• Bring each concept to life while maintaining consistent Kimpton service standards
• Own revenue, profitability, budgets, costs, productivity and commercial strategy
• Drive beverage excellence across cocktails, spirits, wine and overall beverage performance
• Lead, coach and develop outlet managers and F&B teams
• Build a culture that is warm, accountable, curious and fun
• Be visible on the floor and genuinely connected with guests
• Build relationships with VIPs, regulars, influencers and the local F&B community
• Partner closely with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Procurement and the wider hotel team
• Identify opportunities for activations, events, partnerships and new revenue streams

Pre-Opening

You’ll help build the operation from the ground up — from recruitment and training to SOPs, mock services, opening plans and service culture.

More importantly, you’ll help define what these outlets feel like from day one.

Three outlets that are commercially strong, operationally sharp and genuinely loved by guests.

You’ll know you’ve done it when the teams are proud of where they work, guests keep coming back, and each concept has its own personality and place in Dubai’s F&B scene.

Who You Are

You’re a confident hospitality leader who knows how to balance people, product, profit and personality.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 5+ years’ progressive F&B leadership experience
• Previous experience as a Restaurant GM, F&B Manager or senior multi-outlet leader
• Strong experience across restaurants, bars and/or lifestyle F&B
• A genuine strength in beverage and cocktail operations
• Luxury, lifestyle, premium F&B or high-energy hospitality experience
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• Pre-opening experience, ideally in Dubai/UAE
• Experience across restaurant, cocktail bar and poolside operations is a plus
• Fluent English and Spanish
