Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Leasing Manager with extensive experience in the regional retail sector. The ideal candidate will have strong existing relationships with home-grown retail groups and a proven track record of successfully leasing premium mall and lifestyle destinations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute leasing strategies for premium retail and lifestyle projects.
- Identify and secure suitable retail tenants, focusing on home-grown and regional retail brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail groups, F&B operators, and lifestyle brands.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions in line with company objectives and market standards.
- Collaborate with legal, design, and development teams to ensure tenant fit-out and handover align with project timelines.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new leasing opportunities and trends.
- Maintain updated knowledge of retail trends, tenant performance, and consumer behavior in the UAE market.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of closing deals with home-grown and regional retail groups.
- Solid understanding of the retail market in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including consumer trends and key players.
- Strong network within the regional retail and F&B community.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail leasing, with a strong focus on premium malls and lifestyle destinations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with leading retail developers or mall management companies in the UAE.
- Knowledge of lease administration, legal contracts, and property management best practices.
