The role manages dealer/store relationships, stock availability, audits, coaching, customer issue resolution and performance reporting. Digicel prefers a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field and requires two to three years of relevant retail/field-sales/customer-facing experience.
