Revenue Cycle Director, Mission Liaison

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Cycle Director, Mission Liaison based in the United States. This senior leadership role serves as a critical operational bridge across hospital revenue cycle leadership, market and facility teams, technology partners, and managed service providers. You’ll help drive revenue cycle stabilization, operational readiness, command center activities, and issue resolution across complex, multi-market healthcare environments. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of KPIs, workflows, work queues, billing operations, denials, accounts receivable, and cash performance. You’ll translate enterprise priorities into coordinated market-level action while ensuring barriers are identified, escalated, and resolved efficiently. The role requires strong executive presence, operational judgment, and the ability to bring diverse stakeholders together around measurable outcomes. You’ll play a visible leadership role during transition, go-live, and post-live stabilization, helping teams adopt standardized processes and sustain performance. Up to 50% travel may be required, including onsite engagement during critical transition and stabilization periods.
