Full job description
The role develops and executes revenue strategy, optimises occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and profitability, manages pricing and distribution, analyses market demand and competitors, leads forecasting and budgeting, identifies new revenue opportunities and works across sales, marketing, reservations and operations.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires proven hotel revenue-management experience, strong pricing, forecasting, distribution and demand-management knowledge, analytical and numerical skill, confidence with revenue and hotel technology, stakeholder communication, and fluency in both English and Hungarian.
