About the Team: Paytm Travel is building a seamless travel booking ecosystem . We are looking for a Revenue Manager to drive growth, pricing strategy, profitability, and customer retention across travel categories.
About the Role: Own revenue, GMV, pricing, and profitability metrics for the Travel business. Drive growth through pricing optimization, promotional strategies, customer retention initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Revenue, GMV, Margin, and P&L metrics for Travel.
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies to improve bookings and profitability.
- Monitor conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Conduct business analysis to identify growth opportunities and revenue leakages.
- Drive A/B testing and growth experiments.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Supply teams to improve business performance.
- Build dashboards and present business insights to leadership.Ideal
Candidate Profile:5–8 years of experience in Revenue Management, Growth, Category Management, or Business Analytics.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in Travel, OTA, E-commerce, or Consumer Internet businesses.
- Strong understanding of pricing, demand forecasting, profitability, and customer retenstion.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
