ABOUT MARBLE

Full job description

ABOUT MARBLE Marble is building the new operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform to unlock access to care today and raise the standard of care for tomorrow. Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. At the heart of this crisis is a severe lack of access to quality, affordable care. When kids can't get help, problems compound and preventable tragedies follow. Marble partners directly with school counselors to get students into care quickly by connecting them to licensed therapists through the insurance coverage they already have, with no waitlists. We're an early-stage, fast-moving team. The people who join now will shape how we build and what we build. ABOUT THE ROLE As RevOps Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our go-to-market (GTM) functions and company growth overall. This is a highly skilled leadership role designed for someone who's AI-pilled and thrives building complex GTM systems, partnering across multiple stakeholders, and driving critical outcomes for the business. This role requires a strategic leader who takes initiative, balances strategy with execution, and owns solutions end-to-end. • Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline health analysis, and GTM efficiency initiatives
  • Identify, design and optimize revenue workflows and processes, improving efficiency across GTM teams
  • Lead concurrent projects, ensuring clear communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Translate business needs into scalable systems, automation, and tools (CRM, analytics platforms, GTM enablement tech, etc) WHO YOU ARE
  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Engineering in high-growth B2B environments

  • A self-starter who maintains a passion and acumen for identifying and driving operational efficiencies and scalable growth across GTM teams
