Establish and maintain compliance standards for review-generation activities, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, email regulations, and internal best practices. Improve campaign performance through segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and A/B testing, ensuring effective practices are adopted consistently across the team. Monitor review platform developments, community management trends, and email marketing innovations, introducing new approaches that improve engagement and results. Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize workflows, increase team efficiency, and strengthen campaign execution. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in email marketing, community management, or a related field, including 1–2+ years in a people management or team leadership position. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring teams, setting goals, coaching employees, and evaluating performance. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, along with basic HTML, CSS, and/or Liquid skills. Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, including experience partnering with directors and senior leaders. Proficiency in using AI tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency. Experience in review generation, user-generated content, or online community management is preferred. Familiarity with review platforms and direct experience working with enterprise customers or clients are preferred. Experience with lead generation tactics such as LinkedIn Ads, sponsorships, or events is an advantage. Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology is preferred.
