Risk & Change Coordinator

Role Overview

As a key member of the operational governance function, you will play a central role in helping teams proactively identify risks, track mitigation actions, and manage change effectively. This position combines coordination, analytical insight, and clear communication—perfect for someone who excels in structured environments and enjoys bringing clarity and alignment to complex initiatives.

Maintain and update the risk register with accurate, timely data. Track mitigation actions and support risk reporting for internal and client stakeholders. Coordinate change request documentation and approvals. Monitor implementation progress and ensure traceability of change activities. Ensure adherence to governance standards and SOPs across project teams. Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Solid understanding of risk and change control processes. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data. Familiarity with tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and Looker.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field. Exposure to frameworks such as ISO 31000, Prosci, or ITIL. Experience supporting field or desk-based client operations.
