HOW YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE WOULD LOOK LIKE:
• Reviewing user-generated content against the platform's community guidelines
• Identifying and actioning content that violates policy, accurately and within SLA
• Escalating sensitive or borderline cases following the correct protocol
• Keeping up to date with policy changes and applying them consistently
• Maintaining accuracy and productivity targets while handling sensitive material
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
• Language Maestro: Fluent in Polish, good English
• Strong attention to detail and consistent judgment
• Emotional resilience — this role involves exposure to sensitive content
• Ability to make quick, well-reasoned decisions under guidelines
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and internal tools
• Discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Solid C1, C2 or native level in the working language
• Minimum B2 English
• Clean criminal record
• Valid work permit or European passport
Benefits
By joining this role, this is what you can expect:
• Fixed salary plus performance bonuses
• Signing or welcome bonuses depending on eligibility
• Fully paid training (2, 4 or 6 weeks depending on project)
• Choice of on-site, hybrid or fully remote-in-Bulgaria work models
Relocation Package is included:
• For Content Moderation / Digital Trust & Safety roles: up to 21 days of hotel or shared-apartment accommodation covered, plus a €1,500 relocation bonus paid in two installments
• For other roles: flight covered up to €150, up to 21 days of accommodation, help securing an apartment in Sofia, and a €300/month gross accommodation allowance
