As a Consulting Graduate, you’ll be part of diverse project teams delivering practical solutions across industries and sectors, offering you the chance to build a broad consulting skillset while making a meaningful impact for our clients.

Partner with client teams to help deliver workshops, meetings and project activities, gaining real‑world consulting experience.

Learn how Consulting services are delivered by supporting engagement reviews across various service lines.

Contribute to risk management and governance processes, including capturing key insights and supporting decision‑making.

Support the planning and delivery of consulting engagements, helping shape work programmes and project milestones.

Engage with clients to gather feedback and understand what great consulting looks like in practice.

Get involved in business development by supporting proposals and attending networking events to build your professional network.

Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Level 7 equivalent in Business, Commerce, Management, International Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Law or Science, with strong academic performance.

Bring a collaborative mindset, working effectively with colleagues across the team.

Approach complex challenges with a pragmatic, solutions‑focused attitude.

Build trusted and respected relationships with clients through credibility and professionalism.
