Russian and Vietnamese partners must submit coordinated proposals to their respective funders. Projects should combine complementary expertise with substantial scientific contributions from both teams. On the Russian side, RSF provides RUB 4–7 million per project per year for 2027–2029.
Eligibility requirements
A Russian scientific team hosted by an eligible organisation in Russia must partner with a Vietnamese scientific team applying to NAFOSTED. Both sides must submit in parallel under their national rules. The Russian application includes partner evidence covering infrastructure, work allocation and intellectual-property arrangements as required by the competition documentation.
