Full job description

As a Key User Application specialist in our team you will:

• Act as the first point of contact for application-related topics and support users within the business area.
• Provide 1st-level support for operational issues, including ticket creation and escalation management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with process owners, functional experts, and key stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and execute test scenarios and test cases within the defined test management framework.
• Support integration, user acceptance, and system testing activities during implementation and release phases.
• Deliver end-user training and develop training materials and user documentation.
• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital processes and system standards.
• Support the successful deployment and adoption of S/4HANA across the organization.

Qualifications and requirements

• University degree in technical, business, or comparable fields
• Very good knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and system-supported workflows.
• Experience in process analysis, documentation, and optimization.
• Familiarity with testing activities, system changes, or release management is an advantage.
• Strong affinity for digital systems and willingness to develop deep expertise in S/4HANA.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
• High level of ownership, commitment, and willingness to learn.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
