• Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Key Account • Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen und Lieferscheinen • Auftragsabwicklung • Pflege von Kunden- und Artikelstammdaten im ERP-System • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst sowie anderen internen Abteilungen • Terminüberwachung, Reklamationsbearbeitung und allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten • Unterstützung bei vertriebsbezogenen Projekten und Auswertungen
Das bringst du mit (m/w/d)
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekauffrau/-mann, Groß- und Außenhandel o. Ä.) • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst erforderlich, gerne im Großhandel • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit ERP-/CRM-Systemen von Vorteil • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kundenorientierung • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
