Full job description
The role plans and governs IT lifecycle management using ITIL principles, builds CMDB-based asset/configuration management, tracks support and licence lifecycles, plans budgets and replacement cycles, develops standards and reporting, and coordinates secure retirement of IT assets. Depending on qualifications, remuneration is up to EG 12 TVöD (Bund); the appointment is fixed-term for five years.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants need at least a bachelor's degree. An IT degree must be combined with at least three years of relevant IT practice; another bachelor's degree requires at least nine years of relevant IT experience. IT-procurement experience, German at C1 level, occasional travel, operational availability and consent to security screening are also required.
