Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to cloud-based SailPoint migration projects and deliver within agreed timelines.

• Maintain and optimize existing IAM environments, ensuring stability and performance.

• Gather, analyze, and refine requirements with IT and business stakeholders.

• Engineer and manage integrations across the Digital Identity landscape.

• Handle incidents, service requests, and problems with structured troubleshooting.

• Advise on identity-related solutions, ensuring alignment with security standards and compliance.

• Participate in full release cycles including testing, documentation, and deployment.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement automation.

• Review peers’ work and support testing activities to maintain quality.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, with a focus on Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and experience in IIQ environments.

• Exposure to migration projects from legacy IAM systems to cloud-based platforms.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Repositories and Pipelines) and web services (SOAP/REST).

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, ITIL, and DevOps practices.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with identity-related platforms such as CyberArk or Auth0.

• Familiarity with automation tools and process improvements in IAM.

• Exposure to modern data integration programs or enterprise-wide digital transformations.
