Exciting Opportunity: Join Ali & Sons as a Sales Administrator – Skoda

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a high-performing automotive sales team?

Join Ali & Sons Group as a Sales Administrator in our Sales & Marketing department in Dubai, where you’ll play a vital role in managing Skoda vehicle orders, reporting, invoicing, stock information, and sales administration while ensuring seamless communication between the Brand Manager, Sales Team, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update the Skoda vehicle reporting system in line with Skoda Principal and Ali & Sons requirements. • Place all Skoda vehicle orders, ensuring updates and changes are accurately maintained in line with Skoda bulletins. • Provide the Sales Team with accurate and timely vehicle specification and pricing information. • Check and confirm all Skoda invoices and ensure timely follow-up. • Process all internal sales invoices and related documentation. • Maintain the internal stock board and stock lists, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. • Coordinate vehicle checking at the port and ensure the timely transfer of vehicles to the storage facility. • Prepare and complete weekly Skoda Principal reports, including accurate customer details for the CSS program. • Complete and submit monthly support claims to Skoda Principal. • Manage external reports, processing, and filing related to extended warranties. • Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned by the Brand Manager.

Role Purpose:

To ensure all reporting and data requirements for the Skoda Principal are completed accurately and within the required timelines, while supporting the Sales Team with essential specification, pricing, ordering, invoicing, and stock information.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma. • Experience: General understanding of business operations gained through relevant experience within the business. • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred. • Software Skills: Computer literate with the ability to work confidently with reporting systems and standard computer applications. • Key Competencies: Accountability, communication, professional integrity, creative problem-solving, initiative, adaptability, teamwork, customer relationship management.
