About The Role

Are you passionate about new technology and wellness, looking to work with an exciting brand and open to the opportunity to work within a leading UK retailer? If your answers are yes, you could be a great candidate for the Magic AI sales advisor role in John Lewis, Oxford street, London! We offer:

• £15 per hour plus commission
• to work Sat (11am-4pm) and Sun (12noon-5pm)
• 10 hrs per week
• 4 months fixed term contract till to end of February 2027

What You Will Be Doing In Your Role:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacy

What Experience You’ll Need To Be Successful:

• Prior experience in a premium customer service environment

• The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs

• Studying / Achieved sports qualifications would be advantageous

• Able to work independently

Training :

• In-depth initial product training with quarterly refresher courses

• Customer service sales training

What Do We Offer:

• £15 per hour plus incentive

• 10 hours contract

• Fixed term contract, 4 months

• Location: John Lewis, Oxford street, London

• Working days: Sat and Sun

• Saturday 11am - 4pm (5 hours) Sunday 12pm - 5pm (5 hours)

• Professional training will be provided

• Prior experience in a premium customer service environment

• The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs

• Studying / Achieved sports qualifications would be advantageous

• Able to work independently
