Sales Assistant – Gift Shop (Russian/Arabic Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional and personalized manner, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
2. Assist guests with product selection and provide accurate information and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
3. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments, while following all cash-handling procedures.
4. Maintain the outlet in a clean, organized and attractive condition in line with the standards of a 5-star luxury hotel.
5. Monitor stock levels, replenish products and ensure all items are properly displayed, priced and presented.
6. Receive and check deliveries, assist with stock control and report any discrepancies, damages or shortages.
7. Handle guest enquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues where possible and escalating them when required.
8. Promote products and maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a genuine, service-focused approach with guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality
• Fluent in Russian or Arabic; good command of English is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven, proactive, and well-presented
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
