The specialist supports agency-incentive calculations, builds or maintains Tableau reporting, configures CRM workflows and reporting, works with Databricks data validation and manages Adobe Experience Manager content while coordinating between business and technical teams.
Requirements & qualifications
Candidates need a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems or a related field, three to five years in sales automation, CRM analytics or digital solutions, hands-on Salesforce or comparable CRM experience, strong Tableau skills and working knowledge of Databricks, SQL and/or Python. AEM and airline/travel experience are desirable.
