What you'll be doing?

🔸 Build and manage high-volume outbound email campaigns, hitting the region of 1,000 new leads per month.

🔸 Own the execution of multi-part email sequences end to end, making absolutely sure every step goes out on schedule.

🔸 Jump on replies within agreed response timeframes and hand those warm leads cleanly over to the sales team.

🔸 Qualify and segment leads against criteria defined by the sales team.

🔸 Build and enrich target lists, teaming up with your manager initially and then rocking it independently within the first few months.

🔸 Test new ICPs, verticals, and messaging angles, then spill the tea on what actually converts and what doesn't.

🔸 Track and report all the crucial funnel metrics: open rates, positive reply rates, and meetings booked.

🔸 Keep the CRM squeaky clean by maintaining accurate activity and pipeline data.

About you

🎧 You've got the creds with 3+ years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role.

🎧 You have demonstrable high-volume outbound experience and can easily walk us through specific campaigns you've run, the volume, and your awesome results.

🎧 You are a data fan with a strong command of funnel metrics, constantly thinking in terms of open rates, positive reply rates, and meeting conversions.

🎧 Your written English is top-notch, allowing you to write clear, natural outbound copy.

🎧 You are self-sufficient, able to get up to speed quickly, and perfectly fine working independently with minimal day-to-day direction after the first few weeks.

🎧 You're comfortable with ambiguity, ready to jump in where there is no established playbook, and excited to help build it.

🎧 You have full availability to work during the 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST window.

🎧 Bonus points if: You have experience selling services or custom software, familiarity with HubSpot, or skills in AI-assisted research and web scraping.
