• Drive pipeline growth Lead qualification and outbound prospecting are your engines. You'll be a key contributor to Illumio's revenue story in the South EMEA region.
• Own your territory Run account-based prospecting campaigns, map target accounts, and get in front of the right decision-makers — your region, your rules.
• Make every touchpoint count Phone, email, social — you'll use every channel to connect with prospects and turn interest into pipeline. No two days look the same.
• Collaborate across teams You'll sit at the crossroads of Sales, Marketing, and Channel — your work directly shapes how these teams win together. • Languages Fluent in Italian and English (must have)
• Experience 1–2 years in sales development, ideally in software or tech
• Growth mindset Confident engaging anyone — from C-suite to technical teams — and skilled at handling objections
• Sales craft Value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and qualification
• Tech stack Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo — you know your tools
