Sales Development Representative (German Speaking)

You're early in your sales career and you'd like a product you can actually get curious about. We're hiring a German-speaking SDR to open up conversations with the teams building the next wave of content and AI products in the DACH region. SDRs are the front door to Sanity. You'll start the conversations that become pipeline, and because we're growing quickly, you'll also help decide how those conversations should go. No script handed down from three years ago. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own your pipeline from day one You're not waiting for leads to land in your lap. You'll be out there, on the phone, in inboxes, sliding into LinkedIn DMs (professionally), starting real conversations with people who have real problems Sanity can solve. You find them, you qualify them, you build the pipeline.
• Become the person who gets it Sanity isn't your average SaaS pitch. We're selling a new way of thinking about content: treat it like data, so AI and teams can actually do something with it. You'll get deep on the product, then put it in language that makes both developers and execs lean forward. In German and in English.
• Have a seat at the table This isn't a smile-and-dial role. Your frontline conversations shape messaging, strategy and the product roadmap. Marketing wants your feedback. Sales needs your handovers to be tight. Leadership is listening. What you hear on calls travels.
• Get serious about your craft Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn. You'll know your tools cold and use them to run a clean, sharp operation. Good data hygiene isn't glamorous, but it's what separates good SDRs from great ones.
• Help build something from scratch We're growing fast and the playbook isn't finished, because you'll help write it. Spot a better way to run outreach? Say so. We'll try it. ABOUT YOU
• You have previous experience in an SDR role or similar, out-bounding prospects, preferably in SaaS
• You speak fluent German, and English
• A target motivates you more than it worries you
• You can talk to a CTO and a CMO on the same afternoon and change gear between them
• You want to win, and you'd rather the whole team won with you
• Rejection doesn't stick to you. You know the yes is coming if you stay consistent
• You spot patterns, not just problems, and you use them to aim better next time
