ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high-impact, outbound-focused SDR role at a fast-growing AI SaaS startup, where you will own the entire Polish-speaking top of funnel, from first contact through to qualified demo handoff. You will be the engine powering early-stage pipeline growth, with immediate visibility into your results and a clear path to a closing role within months. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads daily, filtering for genuine fit and opportunity.
- Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and experimental channels to engage Polish-speaking prospects.
- Build and test outbound sequences, forming hypotheses, measuring results, and iterating to improve performance.
- Onboard new customers and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
- Contribute to shaping SDR processes and best practices as the team scales.
- Drive your own activity and output, motivated by uncapped commission and a competitive drive to progress into a closing role. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Native Polish speaker with C1+ English proficiency.
- 1 or more years of sales experience, ideally in outbound, telesales, or B2B SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated experience qualifying leads and running multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Experience building and testing sales sequences with a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales processes, customer onboarding workflows, and CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership of a full funnel segment.
- Naturally competitive, motivated by performance-based compensation, and eager to grow into a closing role.
- Willing to travel to Vienna, Austria for a short onboarding and immersion period of 1 to 2 weeks. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary range: 40,000 to 50,000 EUR annually, plus uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland. A short relocation to Vienna, Austria for 1 to 2 weeks is required during onboarding.
