Lead and inspire a high-performing Education and Health sales organisation, driving business growth and customer success across the Public Sector segment. Champion executive engagement, ensuring strong alignment between customer outcomes, business value, and technology investments. Drive operational excellence through disciplined business management, forecasting, pipeline health, and execution. Help customers adopt and scale AI capabilities responsibly, enabling innovation while maintaining security, compliance, and trust. Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture by coaching, developing, and empowering team members to achieve their full potential. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline, and significant experience in sales, business leadership, or customer-facing leadership roles; or equivalent professional experience. Experience leading high-performing sales, account management, or customer-facing teams within large, complex organisations. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders. Experience developing and executing business strategies that drive growth, customer value, and organisational impact. Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, development, and performance management. Experience working within the Public Sector or in highly regulated industries. Extensive leadership experience within enterprise technology, digital transformation, cloud, software, or related industries. Experience leading managers and multi-disciplinary teams across sales and specialist functions. Strong understanding of Public Sector customers, including Education, Health, Government, or adjacent sectors. Demonstrated success engaging C-suite and executive stakeholders on large-scale transformation initiatives. Experience leading organisations through periods of change, growth, and innovation. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, cloud technologies, and emerging technology trends, with the ability to translate innovation into customer value. Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across large, matrixed organisations.
