This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Director, Media and Agencies based in the United States. This role leads business development and sales growth across agency and media accounts, with a focus on building strategic, long-term customer relationships. You’ll identify opportunities to expand revenue and strengthen market positioning across audiences targeting and media measurement solutions. Leveraging healthcare data, identity, digital media, and marketing analytics expertise, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior agency and media stakeholders. The role combines new business development, account management, consultative selling, and thought leadership. You’ll contribute to proposals, RFPs, product demonstrations, executive discussions, and strategic customer engagements. This is a highly autonomous role in a fast-paced environment, with travel of up to 30% required.

You’ll own and expand relationships with key agency and media accounts while identifying new commercial opportunities and helping shape broader business strategy through customer and market insights. Serve as a subject matter expert in media, advertising, and healthcare data, supporting new business development and account management. Prospect and build relationships with agency and media stakeholders to identify opportunities for new revenue across audiences targeting and media measurement. Present and demonstrate products and solutions through client meetings, lunch & learns, conference calls, technical discussions, executive presentations, webinars, and related activities. Prepare, present, and coordinate product proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and other sales activities. Lead contract negotiations and support the closing of new and renewing B2B opportunities with large enterprise customers. Coordinate sales activities with sales support and delivery teams, including account status, follow-ups, audience activation, inbound leads, product materials, and win-loss activities. Provide customer feedback, market awareness, and competitive insights to support the strategy and direction of the broader business line. Develop deep relationships with agency stakeholders through networking, prospecting, cold calling, and ongoing account engagement. Advise agency accounts on opportunities to leverage healthcare data, identity resolution, and technology to strengthen marketing strategies. Requirements The ideal candidate combines proven sales performance with strong knowledge of healthcare advertising, adtech, agency relationships, and data-driven marketing solutions. 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in healthcare adtech or agency sales. Experience marketing and selling complex solutions involving real-world healthcare data, advertising analytics, or adtech technology. Experience selling to digital agencies and life sciences media customers. Demonstrated success developing and growing strong agency or life sciences and healthcare media relationships. Proven experience negotiating contracts and closing new and renewal B2B opportunities with large enterprise customers and their teams. Strong prospecting skills, with confidence in networking, cold calling, and developing relationships with key stakeholders. Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing challenges and the ability to develop innovative ideas around identity resolution, data, and technology. Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, including the ability to quickly and clearly communicate updates, blockers, and challenges. Consistent history of achieving annual sales quotas or revenue targets is preferred. Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time. Benefits Base salary: $125,000–$160,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Incentive compensation plan.
