Our client, a leading player in the interior design and fit-out sector, is currently looking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in interior design solutions to be part of a creative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and managing client relationships.
Position: Sales Engineer Interior Design & Fit-Out Location: United Arab Emirates Industry: Interior Design / Fit-Out Experience: Minimum 2 years (UAE-based) License: Valid UAE Driving License required
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out industry.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess project requirements.
- Deliver effective technical presentations and communicate product/service value.
- Collaborate with internal design and project teams to meet client expectations.
- Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven UAE sales experience in interior design or fit-out.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior design solutions and materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented sales mindset.
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
