Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing and high-performing team. The Sales Executive will support lead generation efforts, assist senior sales members, and engage with potential clients to help drive sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, offering an excellent opportunity to develop and grow a career in sales within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong interest in developing a career in sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Based in the UAE and willing to travel when required.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in building relationships and supporting clients.
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and sales technologies is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrates adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Positive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including online searches and cold calling.
- Provide support to senior sales team members by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and managing client data in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Conduct outbound calls, follow up on leads and respond to client inquiries regarding products.
- Assist with market research to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and provide insights into the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and ensure customer information is consistently updated.
