Hunter role focused on project-based hotel sales. Drive custom-order business with hotels and hospitality groups, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and delivery follow-up.
- Sell project-based/customized hotel supply solutions (not trading)
- Develop business with existing and new hotels, procurement firms, and corporate groups
- Generate leads via cold calling, site visits, and industry networking
- Conduct client meetings and present samples and display setups
- Close deals, follow up on proposals, samples, deliveries, and payments
- Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term hotel accounts
Requirements
- 3–4 years hotel supplier sales experience in Dubai (mandatory)
- Strong relationships with hotel procurement teams
- Proven project-selling background (custom-made orders)
- Self-driven closer, target-focused field salesperson
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
