Sales FM Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales FM Director based in Netherlands. This role is responsible for executing commercial strategy and accelerating growth across an assigned customer portfolio and market. You will manage strategic B2B relationships while identifying opportunities to increase revenue, margins, and customer value. The position combines sales leadership, account development, technical collaboration, forecasting, and commercial planning. You will work closely with Research and Development, Marketing, Pricing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and other Sales teams. A strong understanding of food ingredients and product applications will enable you to identify customer needs and support innovative solutions. The role requires a commercially driven professional who can build long-term partnerships while consistently delivering against ambitious targets. Success will depend on strong market knowledge, analytical thinking, customer focus, and the ability to turn strategic opportunities into measurable business results.
