Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 8–10 years of real estate experience to lead our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE property market, proven leadership skills, and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and conversion rates.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain key client relationships.
- Oversee property sales, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop strong relationships with property developers, investors, and key clients.
- Monitor Dubai real estate market trends, new launches, and competitive activity.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and sales support to team members.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
- Ensure the team consistently meets monthly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in UAE real estate, with relevant sales management experience.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate and property market trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Experience in off-plan and/or secondary market sales.
- Strong network of clients, investors, and industry contacts is an advantage.
- Highly driven, strategic, and results-oriented.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
