We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our client's prestigious real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and a proven track record of working with top property developers in Dubai. This role requires a dynamic professional with exceptional sales skills, market knowledge, and a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and maximize growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers and key clients to drive repeat and referral business
- Lead sales efforts, including client presentations, negotiations, and closing high-value transactions
- Provide in-depth market insights and advise clients on investment opportunities and property trends
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize property listings, marketing campaigns, and client engagement
- Mentor and support the sales team, ensuring consistent alignment with company goals and standards
Requirements:
